Capital Speedway announces 2012 Points System.
Effective for
the 2011 race season, Watermelon Capital Speedway will have a new points system.
Starting this season the feature winner will receive twenty-five pts with points
decreasing one(1) point value for positions two through twenty-five. For
positions twenty-six on back, one point will be be awarded. On nights where
double points are awarded, the feature winner will receive fifty points with
positions twenty-five decreasing one point in value and positions twenty-six on
back receiving twenty-five points.
A detailed explanation for double points and regular points are below.
Watermelon Capital Speedway 2011 Points System.
The feature winner will receive 25 points for winning the feature event.
Positions 2-25 will decrease in one point increments. Positions 26 on back will
receive 1 point.
1st - 25pts..

3rd--23pts.
4th- 22pts.
5th- 21pts.
6th- 20pts.
7th- 19pts.
8th- 18pts.
9th- 17pts.
10th- 16pts.
11th- 15pts.
12th- 14pts.

The
feature winner will receive 50 points for winning the feature event. Positions
